Community Infrastructure

Attention to Detail

One visit to Cullasaja will show our continual effort to pay attention to even the smallest details.  Especially details that are critical for mountain living, but easy to over look. Not all communities are created equal and what you don’t see below the surface should be as important as what’s above. Critical considerations for community infrastructure for mountain living are well covered at Cullasaja including CullasajaNet powered by Balsam West; our community owned high-speed fiber optic network that brings 250 Mbps download internet speed to every Cullasaja home and our community owned wastewater treatment plant and a water distribution system providing proper water resources from its five deep water wells, all included in annual HOA dues.

Not All Communities Are Created Equal

The fire suppression system has fire hydrants that are located not more than 500 feet from each residence.  While we are famous for our stunning roadways, what truly matters are details like quickly providing ice and snow removal to ensure our Members have easy access throughout our community and emergency vehicles aren’t hindered reaching their desired destination.

The team has an excellent working knowledge of our Members’ properties and how to best maintain this specifically developed community so that mountain living can remain a joyful retreat. Our attention to detail is second to none.
