Our Repair and Maintenance Division of Home Services is one of the most coveted conveniences offered by the Cullasaja Homeowners’ Association and allows residents to enjoy time in the mountains.

Our skilled Maintenance Team is available for a variety of projects, ranging from changing a light bulb, replacing smoke detector batteries to changing your heating and air conditioning filters.  This includes larger jobs, such as home renovations, gutter cleaning and painting.

Supervisor Will Walz and his team have years of experience in their trade, and are available for plumbing or electrical repairs, winterizing your home, grinder pump maintenance, and driveway snow removal and salting.

We even offer a unique service in which our Outside Services Division subcontracts and supervises projects that are outside the expertise of our staff. As part of this service, our division will oversee the project from start to finish, handle the liability insurance of the carefully screened contractors and guarantee that you are satisfied with the completed project.
